The fastest way to reach the GlobeIQ team is by email at hello@globeiq.app. We aim to respond to substantive messages within a few business days, though we can't always promise a reply. For privacy-specific requests (data export, deletion, or questions covered by our Privacy Policy), please put "Privacy" in the subject line so we can route it correctly.
What to write about
- Country data corrections. Spot a wrong capital, outdated population, or factual error on a country page? Tell us which country and what's wrong. Citing a source helps a lot.
- Bug reports. Include what you were doing, what browser and device you're on, and a screenshot if you have one. "The flag hint never appears on round 4 in Safari iOS 18" is far more useful than "it's broken."
- Feature requests. What game mode, country mode, or feature would make GlobeIQ better for you? We can't build everything, but we keep a list and revisit it whenever we plan releases.
- Account issues. Sign-in problems, sync issues between devices, or missing streak data.
- Press & partnerships. Education partnerships, integrations, and press inquiries also go to the same email — please mention "Press" in the subject so we can prioritize.
Things we can't help with
We're a small team building a free geography game. We don't provide individualized tutoring, can't answer general geography homework questions, and don't run a global flag identification service. For anything resembling research-grade country data, please consult an authoritative source like the CIA World Factbook, the UN, or Wikipedia.
